bptw’s planning team was appointed by developer Macdonald Egan to secure planning approval for a high quality mixed use development in LB Lewisham. The scheme involves the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a part three/ part four storey block comprising 380 sqm commercial floorspace on the ground floor and 3 studio apartments, 11 no. one bedroom, 9 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom self-contained flats, together with refuse and cycle storage and associated highway and public realm works. bptw were responsible for liaising with LB Lewisham throughout the development process and overseeing the submission which was approved in spring 2013.
