Simon has over ten years of experience in the design and construction industry and joined bptw partnership in 2000.

Having gained a specialised knowledge of the residential sector since joining bptw, Simon has been involved at various levels with contracts and procurement methods, and has experience working with various planning authorities, English Heritage, Environment Agency and other consultants. Simon has been involved in a variety of projects from conception to completion including new build social housing and refurbishment work for local authorities.
