Simon has over eight years of experience in the design and construction industry and joined bptw partnership in May 2000.

Simon has gained a specialised knowledge of the residential sector since joining bptw. He has been involved at various levels with contracts and procurement methods, and has gained experience working with various planning authorities, English Heritage, Environment Agency and other consultants. Simon has been involved in a variety of projects from conception to completion including new build social housing and refurbishment work for local authorities.
