bptw planning has successfully secured unanimous planning approval from LB Lewisham for the latest phase of the wider Catford Greyhound Stadium regeneration scheme. Located in the northern part of the site, two new blocks will provide 179 high quality residential units designed to Lifetime Homes Standards, all with access to private amenity areas that comply with, or exceed, Mayoral standards.
The former 4.7ha greyhound track is being redeveloped to provide 636 homes, 508 sqm of retail space and 298 sqm of community space, as well as extensive landscaping and a new pedestrian footbridge to Catford Town Centre. bptw is continuing to operate as planning consultants for client Barratt London, and working with the local community throughout the delivery period. Construction work on the scheme began 17/03/2014 and is expected to be complete in summer 2018.
