bptw visualisation have recently created 12 new stunning CGIs of our scheme at Creek Road, Greenwich for client Family Mosaic. The visuals have been produced specifically for sales purposes with the scheme, now being marketed as The Gramercy, due to launch this Autumn. bptw’s visualisation team worked closely with our architects, Family Mosaic’s sales team and interior designers to create the CGIs which include a range of high quality external views as well as photo-realistic internal living spaces; these include enhanced-spec private houses and private apartments. Most recently we have been appointed to create an additional 4 CGIs for shared ownership homes within the scheme.
Currently nearing completion on site, the development will deliver 83 high quality new homes as well as 1,800sqm of commercial floorspace in a prime location at the heart of Greenwich Town Centre. Exquisitely designed mews houses sit behind the main apartment building on the adjacent Bardsley Lane, with homes enjoying views onto St Alfeges Park. London’s legendary Up The Creek comedy club has also been improved and extended as part of the development.
