New partner at bptw

bptw partnership is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Gibney as a partner. Mark joined bptw as head of planning in 2007 and has successfully led the planning team on a broad range of high profile projects. 

 

Larden Road opening

10 March 2010  

One of bptw’s major mixed use schemes for Genesis Housing Group is now complete. The opening ceremony for the Larden Road (Factory Quarter) scheme took place on the 10th March, with councillor Stephen Greenhalgh, leader of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, cutting the ribbon.

 

London's first Code Level 5 scheme is complete

One of the first Code Level 5 schemes in London is now complete and occupied. York Terrace, Gallon Close in Charlton is an exemplar of sustainable, high quality design and excellent partnering.

 

The George receives planning permission in Catford

bptw's planning team has successfully secured planning permission for The George public House. The the vacant building will be transformed into a vibrant residential development.

 

Lyme Grove House receives planning permission in Hackney

bptw launches practice book

bptw has launched its practice book - CELEBRATING DIFFERENCES. The book covers work carried out by the practice spanning the last 20 years, illustrating socially and environmentally conscious design.

 

Grade II Listed Town Hall to be restored as part of new residential scheme

16 January 2009  

Planning permission has been granted for bptw partnership’s proposal for the refurbishment of Tottenham Town Hall together with a new build residential development of 109 new homes on the adjacent former Council depot site.
