Last week we received planning approval (subject to the signing of the Section 106) for a new 63 home mixed use scheme on the site of our current offices in Greenwich. Varying between 5 and 12 stories, the scheme will provide a mixture of dwellings with high quality commercial space sitting below the residential. All homes will have private amenity, either enclosed external space or balconies, and views across the borough are maximized through generous windows.
Reflecting the housing typology in the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area and sited to enhance views of the neighbouring Grade II Listed Greenwich Pumping Station, the proposal sits harmoniously within the immediate, and wider historic context.
We are thrilled that this scheme has been given approval, having worked closely with the developer Purelake Homes to produce designs which enhance and amplify the history of Greenwich.
