Springboard House, Newham

The redevelopment of Springboard House will see a new-build PRS-led scheme on the site of Genesis Housing Association’s former offices in Newham. The development will provide 33 new affordable rent, shared ownership and market rent flats, including 4 wheelchair units. The building will enhance the existing appearance and townscape of the local area, in particular linking terraced streets with taller buildings on Barking Road, and extending the High Street by providing a high quality residential building that will establish a strong street frontage.

Planning approval was secured for the scheme in mid 2016. bptw visualisation created CGIs for the design proposals, with bptw planning overseeing the planning submission.
