Polychrome Court, Waterloo

Client: Higgins

Situated on a former petrol site, Polychrome Court provides 12 stylish, spacious one and two bedroom lowrise terraced houses on the edge of London Waterloo Station.

Materials used on the scheme include render, brick and copper which creates high-quality, contemporary design for these city homes. Extended bay windows enhance internal spaces and maximise natural light. Four variations of glazed brick form a striking decorative band around the building, which is also where the scheme name originates.
