Parkside phase 4, Lewisham

Client: Family Mosaic

Phase 4 of the major regeneration project at Central Park, Lewisham, involves the detailed design of 236 contemporary apartments in buildings ranging from 6 to 15 storeys, offering residents stunning city views with a large proportion of the homes reserved for private sale. The designs will also deliver attractive landscaped public and private green spaces within the development. The modern brick led scheme rigorously explores 3 distinct languages to articulate building form, and furthers design principles developed in the previous phases.

The scheme sits within an overall outline consented £270m masterplan which, when complete, is due to deliver some 1192 modern apartments in buildings ranging from 3 to 17 storeys in height along with numerous retail, community and amenity spaces. The project was approved for planning in late 2015 and is currently on site.
