Lovell's Wharf, Greenwich

Lovell’s Wharf is a contemporary riverside development situated within a network of landscaped waterside parks, paths and public squares in the East Greenwich conservation area. bptw provided the planning and detailed design for 269 new mixed tenure homes comprising of one, two and three bedroom apartments, three bed penthouses with large set back terraces and four bedroom town houses with private gardens. Amenity provision is met through private gardens to all family houses, shared courtyard spaces, and large open public spaces between blocks. In addition generous balconies and terraces are provided to all apartments, maximising river views and views across Greenwich.

Working within a Squires masterplan, bptw acted as lead consultant, leading the design from the early stages through to completion on site.The development of the site forms the initial phase of a major riverside development known as Greenwich Wharf. Overall the project comprises some 700 new homes, hotel, commercial and community facilities.
